We are a full-service independent shop. Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, cooling, heating and A/C, exhaust, diagnostics and scheduled maintenance, on cars, trucks, SUVs, hybrids on parts and labor.
What we do not do is body and collision work. When you need that we will point you at body shops we actually trust, which is worth more than a shop pretending to do everything.
If you are not sure what is wrong, that is the normal case rather than the exception. Describe what you notice and when it happens, and we will take it from there.

For repair work, yes — call 303-795-2600 and we will find you a slot. It lets us have the right technician and usually the right parts ready when you arrive, which is faster for everyone.
For short services, often. For diagnosis, usually better to leave it — some faults only appear after the car has been driven or has sat. We have a courtesy shuttle, and Enterprise rentals start at about $50 a day, though Enterprise no longer picks up or drops off here.
A quote for a known repair is free. Diagnosis — the work of finding out what is wrong — is a real service performed by a certified technician and is charged for. Anyone offering free diagnosis is recovering it somewhere else.
Then think about it. You get the findings in writing and nothing happens without your approval. Taking the list to another shop is entirely fine by us.
