From the Ken Caryl side it is Ken Caryl Avenue east to C470, one exit north to Bowles, and we are the building with the red awnings on the corner. The valley is hard on brakes and tires in a way most drivers never think about: the grade coming down from the Manor House and the Valley Parkway means pads that would last 60,000 miles on the flat wear out closer to 40, and the rock and gravel on the shoulder chews sidewalls. Every fourth car from Ken Caryl comes in for one of those two things.
