If your vehicles are how you make money, downtime costs more than the repair does. Everything below is built around that one fact.
We work with contractors, landscapers, service companies and small businesses across the southwest metro — typically anywhere from two vehicles to a couple of dozen. Not a national fleet program with a call center. The same shop, with scheduling and billing that fit how a small business actually runs.
The work itself is the same work: oil and filter service on a schedule, brakes measured rather than guessed at, tires and alignment on vehicles that earn their miles, and the same 48 month warranty behind it.
Service booked when the vehicle is not earning — early, late, or on the day that vehicle is not on a job.
You talk to the same person about all the vehicles, and they know your fleet.
Tracked by us, not by you. You get told what is due rather than having to remember.
Billing that works for bookkeeping rather than a stack of individual receipts.
A truck that cannot work gets treated differently from a commuter car that can wait a day.
Commercial and fleet vehicles are covered for the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind period rather than our 48 month consumer term, and it is honored at NAPA AutoCare Centers across the country. Ask us for the current term in writing before you commit the fleet.
Work vans, pickups and box trucks, plus the ordinary cars in a mixed fleet.
Where a vehicle needs DOT inspection or heavy-truck work beyond our scope, we will tell you and point you to somebody set up for it.
Two is enough. Most of our fleet customers run somewhere between two and twenty vehicles. If you have more than that we will be honest about whether we are the right size for you.
Call and talk to us about your fleet and how you use it. Terms depend on volume and on what the vehicles are, and we would rather quote you honestly than publish a number that turns out not to apply.
Yes. We track service intervals per vehicle and tell you what is coming, which is the whole point of a fleet arrangement.
Call us. Downtime priority is the main reason to have a shop relationship rather than shopping each repair, and we will tell you whether it is safe to drive in or needs a tow.
