What this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a privacy policy.

What we collect

Information you give usName, email, phone number, vehicle details and whatever you type into a contact or appointment form. We use it to respond to you and to service your vehicle. We do not sell it.
AnalyticsThis site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people use. It records things like pages viewed, approximate location and device type. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
AdvertisingWe use Google Ads and a Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can measure whether our advertising works and show ads to people who visited. You can control ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
Text messages and phone callsIf you give us your phone number, through a form, at the counter or on the phone, we may call or text you about your appointment and your repair. That means things like appointment reminders, approval requests, status updates and letting you know the car is ready. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency depends on your visit, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop texts or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase, and we do not send marketing texts.
Call trackingPhone numbers displayed on this site may be call tracking numbers that forward to the shop. Calls may be recorded for quality. The permanent shop line is 303-795-2600.
Booking and schedulingOur online booking runs through a third-party scheduling provider that passes your appointment into our shop system.
CookiesUsed by the analytics, advertising and booking tools above. Your browser can block or clear them; some site features may work less well if you do.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with the service providers described above and where we are legally required to. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing.
