I brought my car in for major repairs. Michael explained the work that was needed. Then kept me updated as the repairs proceeded. It is so refreshing to deal with an honest company that does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And I won't take my car anywhere else.

They were incredibly kind, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. My car needed a lot of work, and they handled everything quickly while keeping me in the loop the whole time. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which goes a long way. I was in a tight spot financially, and they were willing to work with me and figure out a solution, which I really appreciated. On top of that, my car is older and parts weren’t easy to find, but they went out of their way to track down the right ones instead of taking shortcuts. It’s hard to find a shop you can actually trust, but this is definitely one of them. I’m really grateful for how they treated me and the quality of the work they did. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Updating this because I’ve been coming here for years. What’s nice about how they operate is that they will do a full inspection and send a report with pictures of the things that need repair and a note that explains everything they looked at so you know exactly what’s wrong and so you have that assurance that they’re not trying to scam you and trying to fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed. Then they send a link to check off which of the services you want to have done and it includes the prices so you know exactly what you’ll pay before they start. Since I live close to the shop, after I drop my car off Cheryl will drive me home and then pick me up when my car is ready. I absolutely adore her. There have been a couple times where they have had to keep my car the next day (Not really their fault it’s a POS but I’m attached so it ended up needing a particular part or I was getting multiple things done in different areas) and if I worked that day they set it up where I can get ubered to my specified work address and then home after if the car isn’t finished. I just click the link when I’m ready which is nice when you have a more flexible work schedule and don’t always know where you’re going in or going to be done. They’ve also set up a rental car with a company they work with at a discounted price before as well. I also really like that I can communicate through text. It makes it very easy to check in on my car, request appointments or ask for quotes. The staff is very friendly and amazing and they do quality work. Highly recommend!
