Solterra is on the other side of the hogback from us: C470 south from Alameda to Bowles, about ten minutes. STROLL Solterra ran a Business Beat feature on the shop in September 2025, and it told the story better than we usually do. TJ Cobbett, a Colorado native, helped open this building in 2008 when it was a shell with a dirt lot, and has run it since. It became one of the first NAPA Gold Certified shops in the state, it takes interns from Dakota Ridge and Chatfield high schools and has hired several of them, and the line TJ gave the magazine is the one we would give you: focus on the people and the rest follows. A good share of Solterra found us through that article. The rest found us through a neighbor.
